Smith produces brilliant comeback to see off Hopp, Edhouse shocks Wade

The second round continues at the Dutch Darts Championship with two seeds crashing out at the early stage in the evening session.

They include newly seeded Max Hopp who lost to a remarkable comeback from Ross Smith.
Smith was 5-1 down and took out 160 in the deciding leg to claim a 6-5 victory over the Maximiser.
White also made a comeback and came from 4-2 down against Arron Monk to win 6-4. This was done with a 102 average and 66% on the doubles.
Edhouse dumped out Wade who has been in brilliant form in 2018. This is despite Madhouse not playing to his best, still it was a 6-4 victory for the Enfield ace.
