Thornton and Cullen battle through at the European Darts Matchplay

Joe Cullen and Robert Thornton booked hard-fought wins in the second round of the European Darts Matchplay on Saturday afternoon.
Thornton overcame James Wilson after playing a legdecider. The Thorn reached the final day of an Euro Tour for the first time this year. Cullen only averaged 84 against Martin Schindler, but beat 6-3 the German qualifier 6-3.
