Raymond van Barneveld has played his last official darts match. The five-time world champion announced his immediate retirement after losing to Michael van Gerwen in the Premier League Darts.
The legendary Dutchman said he wants to focus on a life beside darts. ''This is the end'', Van Barneveld told RTL 7. The 51-year-old also revealed he made this decision ahead of his Dutch meeting with Van Gerwen.
