Darren Webster put in a impressive display to beat Steve West en route to the third round of the German Darts Open. Despite a nose injury, 'The Demolition Man' averaged 103 to beat West 6-2.

Ian White and Gerwyn Price also moved into the last 16 in Saarbrucken. White missed seventeen doubles against Cameron Menzies, but was still able to take the win (6-3).
Price edged out former world championship finalist Kirk Shepherd after a strong start. 'The Iceman' came 4-1 up, before Shepherd took three of the next four legs. However, 'The Karate Kid' missed one dart to level the match in the tenth leg. Price hit double 10 to secure his place in the next round.
