The ladies tournament at the Lakeside will get a new winner. Lorraine Winstanley became the second finalist at the Women's World Darts Championship in Frimley Green.

Winstanley never managed - like the other finalist Mikuru Suzuki as well - to reach the final of the Women's World Darts Championship before. The number one seed beat her friend and pair partner Anastasia Dobromyslova with 2-1 in sets.
Suzuki moved into the final on Friday afternoon after defeating Maria O'Brien. The Japanese makes her debut at the Women's World Darts Championship this year.
