GLASGOW WRIGHT1

The Quarter-Final line-up is complete at the Dutch Darts Masters in Zwolle with Peter Wright and Mervyn King the final players through.

Wright claimed a hard-fought win over Simon Whitlock in what wasn't exactly the best from either player with both averaging in the mid 80's in the contest but 'Snakebite' did enough in a 6-3 win. The highlight for the Scotsman was a 104 checkout with 35 percent on the doubles.

King on the other hand also claimed a high quality victory over Rowby-John Rodriguez who has shown good form this weekend. He came close to winning again missing a few match darts to see him off but the Bradwell ace squeezed through.
He played well on the doubles with 6/10 overall which made the difference in the end when the Austrian started to fall away of sorts.
