Martin Adams will join the field for the 2022
World Seniors Darts Championship as one of the latest players to be announced in the initial line-up.
Adams was touted to be involved initially when the announcement was made with invites handed out to ex-World Champions in particular for the event ran by MODUS and Snooker Legends early next year.
'Wolfie' who is ever a fans favourite and has continuously been producing quality darts during the MODUS Leagues over the past 12 months will take to the oche alongside the likes of Phil Taylor and Ted Hankey who have had their involvement confirmed this week.
Also confirmed include Bob Anderson, Keith Deller, John Walton, John Lowe, Wayne Warren and Dennis Priestley - with the latter in particular only playing if he is 100% fit due to knee surgery pending.
Five more players will be confirmed before next year's inaugural tournament with two more qualifiers to come from a Qualifying School for amateurs/those not invited who are aged over 50.
The likes of Andy Fordham, Richie Burnett, John Part and Les Wallace have also all been invited - with their potential participation confirmed in the coming weeks.
