Davis played superbly over the two days winning seven and losing just one to finish well ahead on 14 points.
While for Collins, it was leg difference that helped him towards the final as he had +6 compared to -1 of Scott Baker as he ended up on eight points with four wins and four defeats.
Andy Jenkins finished behind Baker in fourth with six points while Jason Askew rounded out the table.
The prior mentioned duo will now face off against Jarred Cole, Colin Osborne and Stephen Burton for a shot at Champions Week.
Unlike the first edition of the MODUS League in 2020, the games will not be played online via a webcam connection, but at a location in Southampton, England. The matches can be followed via the Online Darts YouTube channel.
