Phil Taylor has accepted an invitation to participate in the soft-tip World Championship over in Japan this May. The tournament will be played in Yokohama from May 8 to 10. According to Taylor's sponsor Target, it will be the last time "The Power" will be seen in Japan.
The "Super Darts" tournament is considered a kind of world championship in soft-tip in which invited guests can participate. Taylor previously competed in 2018, losing to Haruki Muramatsu in the final.
Muramatsu is now also back in attendance. Also participating are such familiar names as Kai Fan Leung, Mikuru Suzuki, Boris Krcmar, Royden Lam, Paul Lim, Jose Justicia, Hugo Leung and Tomoya Goto.
