2020 Players Championship Order of Merit after four events

Nathan Aspinall who won on the first weekend is still top but only by £1,500. Ryan Searle has since forced himself into the reckoning after winning his maiden title this past weekend and he is second.

Other winners form the top four in Gary Anderson and Krzysztof Ratajski; with both adding only £2,000 to their rankings before or after their wins in the case of Anderson.

This is compared to Michael van Gerwen who sits on £10,750 in fifth with no win to his name so far. It remains to be seen though with MVG if he keeps playing in ProTour events in the next few weeks till he wins one and secures Minehead qualification especially with European Tour events beginning again.

ProTour stalwarts such as Ian White, World Champion Peter Wright and Adrian Lewis are all in the top ten; as is Gerwyn Price. Surprise names such as Maik Kuivenhoven and Dirk Van Duijvenbode all appear also in the top 15 after both having great weekends.

Rob Cross, Daryl Gurney and Dave Chisnall are further down though with Gurney in particular in 77th place after not having a great time of it, all three will hope to arrest that next weekend.
