The big names come into the opening

The Aussie ace disposed of Darren Webster 6-4 in his opener with a 98 average and it could be one of the ties of the session if both are at their best.
Jose de Sousa, the Grand Slam of Darts champion is second seed and comes into proceedings against Joe Murnan who silenced the home crowd and won 6-5 in the end against Janos Vegso.
Michael van Gerwen follows up and faces tricky opposition in the form of Daryl Gurney, Mighty Mike is looking for his first title of the season and being only fourth seed, his path is harder than usual. Brendan Dolan could await if he gets through his first tie.
While
Peter Wright will return to the European Tour well known as being home to some of his greatest triumphs outside the majors and for being a true fans favourite. He will face rising German talent, Florian Hempel as he aims to continue his World Matchplay winning form in Budapest.
To round it off, it will be Michael Smith who will take on John Michael who was mightily impressive in taking out Steve Beaton in his opener with a 98.93 average. 'The Deadly Rose' will aim to continue his brilliance when he aims to take out 'Bully Boy'.
