Taking place at the AFAS Live between September 13-15, it concludes the World Series season and includes a 32 player field vying for glory in Amsterdam. 24 of the 32 names are now confirmed with Van Gerwen eyeing his first major of the year and a record-extending sixth title.
He will be joined by New Zealand winner Humphries who is the current World Champion as well as Littler who is top seed after winning in Bahrain and Poland this season. Gerwyn Price lifted the World Series crown back in 2022 and will be number two seed courtesy of wins in Copenhagen and Woolangong. Also involved are Rob Cross, Michael Smith, Peter Wright and Dimitri van den Bergh.
Damon Heta, Nathan Aspinall and Stephen Bunting also compete. Whilst Raymond van Barneveld, Gian van Veen, Kevin Doets and Danny Noppert all hold home hopes. Simon Whitlock, Haupai Puha, Boris Krcmar, Johan Engstrom and Jeff Smith will all also feature. Dave Chisnall, Jonny Clayton, Ross Smith and Chris Dobey also qualify.
They are the first to not qualify by right from the PDC Order of Merit. While the final eight spots will be confirmed as per a Tour Card Holder Qualifier on Friday after the double header of ProTour action.
