Betfred pledged to donate £50 per 180 hit during the World Matchplay to donate to Parkinson’s UK, a charity close to the heart of Sky Sports presenter Dave Clark.
They raised £32,000 overall including hitting 330 180’s meaning £16,500 plus a £10,000 bonus for the new record.
"I'm delighted to make this donation to such a worthy cause and well done to all the players for hitting so many 180s," said Betfred boss Fred Done.
"I would also like to thank everyone who works on the darts for making Betfred so welcome."
