Darting legend Paul Lim will return once again to the PDC World Darts Championship next month after sealing his spot at the Alexandra Palace through the Singapore qualifier.
Lim will make his 26th World Darts Championship appearance overall over both codes and his 14th in all at the PDC version.
'The Singapore Slinger' made his debut back in 1982 and was the first player ever to hit a nine-dart finish in a World Championship.
At the age of 67, Lim continues to turn back time and will play in his fifth consecutive edition only missing 2017 from 2013 onwards.
He came through a tough run in the latter stages as well defeating his World Cup partner Harith Lim 5-3 in the final after defeating Leslie Lee, another highly rated player 5-2 in the semi-finals.
