Keane Barry was the dominant force before today's proceedings winning his last three days on the bounce but today, it was Adams who ended that run.

'Wolfie' saw off Barry (5-4) to begin his day and from there, he lost out in a phenomenal game against Boris Koltsov where they both averaged 105 but he was beaten in a last leg decider 5-4 with the latter hitting six 180's and 5/6 on his doubles.

He recovered though and eased past Jarred Cole 5-1 before moving top albeit on leg difference by defeating Jose Justicia 5-2. This brilliant run was concluded as he saw off Dave Parletti 5-2.

There will be 15 games a day which will be best of 9 legs with two Pools set to be involved as usual. It begins everyday as a result at 10:30 am running till 5:00 pm and sees live action continue.
