Across the history of the PDC, only a handful of players have ever produced a season in which they’ve won ten or more titles. It’s a feat that demands not just outrageous darting ability, but relentless consistency, mental steel and year-round dominance.
Only four players have ever hit that mark: Michael van Gerwen, Phil Taylor, Luke Littler and Peter Wright. Their names sit in a tiny, elite group that defines the very peak of the sport.

Michael van Gerwen – The Undisputed Number One

Out in front is Michael van Gerwen. The Dutchman has racked up an astonishing seven seasons with ten or more PDC titles. He hit those heights in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. In that spell, Van Gerwen was basically untouchable: Euro Tours, majors, floor events, TV finals – whatever appeared in front of him, he dominated it.
That run is one of the most staggering statistics in modern darts and cements his status as one of the greatest players ever.

Phil Taylor – The Legend Who Set the Standard

The only player who gets remotely close to Van Gerwen is Phil “The Power” Taylor. The 16-time world champion produced six seasons in which he reached double figures in titles: 2005, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2013.
Taylor was the face of the PDC for years, laying the foundations for the sport as we know it today. His dominance became the benchmark for every generation that followed.

Luke Littler – The Wonderkid Leading the New Era

Then there’s the latest phenomenon: Luke Littler. Only a few years into his PDC career, yet he already has two seasons with 10-plus titles to his name: 2024 and 2025. His outrageous talent and fearless, youthful flair have catapulted him to the top in record time. If he keeps this up, he could easily become the sport’s next dominant force.
Littler underlined his class again last weekend by winning the Grand Slam of Darts for the second year running. “The Nuke” goes into the upcoming World Championship at Alexandra Palace as the clear favourite.

Peter Wright – A One-Off, But Unforgettable

Rounding out this exclusive list is Peter Wright, thanks to his superb 2017 campaign. That was the year he firmly established himself as one of the sport’s top-tier stars.
These four players form a unique elite. Their achievements show just how rare, and how seriously impressive, it is to finish a season with more than ten PDC titles. It’s a milestone reached only by the absolute greats.
