Anderson storms past Wright in sensational display to complete Nordic Darts Masters line-up

Gary Anderson is the final player through to the semi-finals at the 2022 Nordic Darts Masters after a sensational display to see off Peter Wright in Copenhagen.
Anderson will now face James Wade with the other semi-final seeing Dimitri van den Bergh face Michael Smith after producing a 103.5 average and hitting nine 180's en route to a 10-4 win over his compatriot.

After a nip and tuck start to the tie, Anderson broke throw with an 11-darter to open up a 5-2 lead over Wright and remained in control at the interval leading 7-3 with a 67 checkout.
He added to that with an 83 checkout after back-to-back 180's to make it 8-3.
Wright broke back but Anderson hit back immediately with a 13 darter before a 12 darter in the form of an 86 checkout sealed it.
