The Tour Card matches are set for Day 3 of 2020 PDC UK Q-School in Wigan with two players set to join the four previous winners on the PDC Tour.
The main game will see Jeff Smith take on Seigo Asada with 'The Silencer' being the class act all day today; that showed in his Quarter-Final when he eased past William Borland in a 5-1 win with a 103 average.
Asada was many peoples pick to win his Tour Card for the first time but he had a poor few days meaning he either needed to win outright or have deep runs on both days and he could join the PDC Tour for the first time after easing past Ryan Hogarth 5-0.
The next semi-final sees Jarred Cole face off against Aaron Beeney. The former saw off his mentor Darryl Fitton who has been involved in his development through the Target Elite1 system.
Beeney is a relative unknown with Challenge Tour and
Q-School in 2018 being his previous experience but now the Sittingbourne ace has a chance of a Tour Card after defeating the experienced Martin Atkins (Wigan).
