The action in PDC Home Tour Group Ten is at the halfway stage with Nathan Aspinall, Ryan Joyce and Steve Brown all registering victories so far all by similar scorelines meaning it is very much up for grabs.
Aspinall claimed the first victory of the night and lived up to his tag as the favourite of course due to his ranking and Premier League status as he saw off Steve Brown in a 5-2 win. This was book ended with four 180's and a high checkout of 148.
Joyce then eased past Simon Stevenson in a 5-2 win and for the latter, he put himself out of contention with two defeats in a row losing to Steve Brown, who of course has returned to the PDC Tour this season after being mostly known as of late for his work in the JDC.
He claimed a 5-1 win over Stevenson averaging 89 but hitting 5/7 on the doubles en route in an impressive display. Could 'The Bomber' claim victory tonight?
