Baby joy for Tim Wolters - the 28-year-old becomes a father for the second time and withdraws Players Championship tournaments 3 and 4

Tim Wolters announced on the social media platform X on Friday morning that he will also miss the Players Championship tournaments three and four (March 19-20) in Leicester after the Pro Tour season opener in Wigan. However, the cancellation of the new Tour Card holder has a positive background: the 28-year-old became a father for the second time this week.

"Baby and mom are doing well. So I start my season with the UK Open from March 1st to 3rd," Wolters wrote in his post. After his surprising Tour Card win at the Q-School in January and his signing with darts manufacturer Unicorn, the next positive news from Wolters now follows.
