Beeney dumps out Price in massive shock victory on Day Two at PDC Super Series

Michael van Gerwen was out early doors on the opening day of action in the PDC Super Series but on Day Two, it is Gerwyn Price who will not go any further after a huge shock defeat to Aaron Beeney.

Beeney won his Tour Card last year out of nowhere at Q-School but has only claimed a few wins since then but has now picked up his biggest scalp to date on the PDC Tour.

It could have been even more emphatic for Beeney who went 5-1 up but couldn't get over the line against the World Number One.

On Price's throw though in a decider, he didn't allow him to get away with it as Beeney took out 86 last dart in hand with Price ready on 66 to win.
