Bunting, Heta and Schindler into last 16 at Dutch Darts Championship

Stephen Bunting, Damon Heta and Martin Schindler qualified for the Last 16 of the Dutch Darts Championship in Leeuwarden on Saturday afternoon.

Bunting drew the longest straw against Joe Cullen after an exciting match. The game could have ended a lot quicker though if 'The Bullet' had taken his chance for 5-2. Moments later, however, Bunting was trailing 4-5 and escaped elimination when Cullen missed three matchdarts. Bunting then levelled the score with a 70 finish and snatched victory with a 16-darter in the deciding leg.

Damon Heta then qualified for the final day of this Euro Tour tournament with a 6-4 win over Steve Beaton with another superb walk-on in tow and Schindler was 6-4 too strong for Roman Benecky.
