Dave Chisnall and Krzysztof Ratajski have reached the final at the Gibraltar Darts Trophy, which will be played later this evening.
Ratajski impressed with a 7-3 win over world number three Gurney. The Pole produced a stunning 109 average with 58% on the doubles. The former World Master hit a 14, 12 and 13-dart leg to move 4-1 ahead. Gurney came back to 5-3, before Ratajski secured his final spot with a 14-dart leg and a superb 117 finish.
Chisnall needed a deciding leg to edge past Nathan Aspinall. The latter was throwing for the match when he led 6-5, but 'Chizzy' leveled with a 15-dart leg. Chisnall then hit a 13-darter to move into the final.
