Jonny Clayton continues to lead the Players Championship Order of Merit after 16 tournaments but his lead has dwindled slightly after two players in particular gained ground.
Jose de Sousa in particular won two titles during the latest set of Super Series action which saw him go only £2,500 behind the Welshman. Ground was also made up in third place with Joe Cullen rising to that spot after claiming another title.
This means a small gap of sorts has appeared between Clayton, De Sousa and Cullen ahead of Dirk van Duijvenbode (£33,500) and Michael Smith (same amount) in joint 4th with Peter Wright up to sixth (£29,250) ahead of Gerwyn Price in seventh (£27,750).
Michael van Gerwen also was one of the big movers with the World Number Three rising 21 places in the Order of Merit to 13th with £18,500 to his name.
This came after a first final of the season on the ProTour for 'Mighty Mike' who will still head into July titleless so far this year.
After all Players Championship tournaments, the top 64 players will compete in the Players Championship Finals. This tournament will be played in Minehead from November 26 to 28.
