Clemens meets Price in PDC World Darts Championship quarter-final and is well prepared: "It's something special for me"

In the evening session of Sunday Gabriel Clemens will meet Gerwyn Price in the quarterfinals of the PDC World Darts Championship. With this match perhaps the biggest success of the German Giant is in the offing.

"I feel good, I am well prepared. I had a good practice yesterday and I'm looking forward to the quarterfinals today," he told DAZN in the run-up to the match.

In any case, Clemens is well prepared. After reaching the Quarter-Finals, he did not celebrate his success in a big way, but rather used the time to prepare for the match ahead of him. "I didn't look at my mobile phone that much. I deliberately put it in the corner and really just prepared for today's match because I think it's something special for me. It's my first time in the quarter-finals and I want to approach it as focused as possible."

Finally, he gives a short insight on how he wants to proceed in order to be able to grab Price: "I think he (Price) hasn't had much pressure in his matches so far. It will be very important that I can put a little bit of pressure on him in the beginning and maybe be there in the right moments and hit the doubles."
