With only a few weeks before the
Grand Slam of Darts is set to take place at the Aldersley Leisure Village in Wolverhampton,
Rob Cross and
Rowby-John Rodriguez have added their names to the qualification list.
Cross claimed the European Championship which confirmed his spot as a TV title winner, while with only two TV event finalist spots left up for grabs, Rodriguez gets in by virtue of being runner-up at the World Cup of Darts for Austria.
There will be 32 players in all who compete over the course of November 13-21 in Wolverhampton. Of those spots left, there are places up for grabs for the finalists at the World Series of Darts Finals next weekend as well as the victors on the UK and EU Development Tour and final Women's Series events.
The field will then be confirmed with eight places at the PDC Tour Card holder qualifier with Monday November 5 seeing the full list set which already includes the likes of Gerwyn Price, Michael van Gerwen, Peter Wright, Jose de Sousa and Fallon Sherrock.
