Joe Cullen is through to the Quarter-Finals of the 2022 Masters after thrashing Gary Anderson with an incredible 106 average.
Cullen though was pleased just to get over the hoodoo of sorts that Anderson had over him previously.
"Gary's done me the last two, three, four times I've played him so to get one over him especially on TV whether that be 10-9, 10-1 like it was. I'm just happy to win," said Cullen post match.
He produced some epic finishing the best of all being bull, 25, bull for 125.
"It wasn't a show off. I always go that way. Normally you go the bull, the 25 and then you go double 20 and the bull was so inviting, I thought if I throw the second dart at 25 to leave double 20, I'd hit the bull and then I can't finish and I thought give myself a shot."
Also for Cullen, he believes it ranks up there simply as its Anderson and it wouldn't have done so if it was a lesser player.
"Beating someone like Gary, I think if that would have been against number 50 in the world even with the average, I don't think it would have ranked up there."
