Dave Chisnall threw the highest average at Players Championship 6 on Tuesday. In his match in the last sixteen against Dom Taylor, 'Chizzy' reached an average of 112.02. In the end, Chisnall also managed to win the tournament by defeating Dirk van Duijvenbode in the final.
Behind Chisnall, the Irish, both Northern and Republic also managed to throw high averages in Hildesheim. Ireland's William O'Connor threw an average of 109.48, good for the second-highest average of the day. Following O'Connor are Northern Irishmen Daryl Gurney (108.65) and Brendan Dolan (108.42) on the list.
Dom Taylor is number five with a 104.78 average, before Michael van Gerwen (104.75).
