Alongside Dimitri van den Bergh, one of his stablemates,
Jose de Sousa also appeared on the Not So Late Night Darts Show and among the topics he was asked about was the remarkable three double 20's during the Premier League.
He said history was on his mind and that it is an important part of his game for himself.
"In that moment we have nothing to lose in that game so I think to myself I do this just once I make history in the PDC," he said on the Not So Late Night Darts Show.
"I think at the moment nobody finished with three tops or three doubles, I think well if I make this maybe the roof comes down and almost. I think Aspinall understood the moment and you smile because of what it means."
"I make history and for me it's important. It's a special moment and that's why I'm the Special One."
