De Vos reacts after claiming PDC Tour Card at European Q-School: "It's my highest achievement in my career"

Geert De Vos won through on the opening day of PDC European Q-School claiming his Tour Card and joining the tour for the first time in his career.

The former BDO World Trophy winner was delighted in the aftermath especially after some tough ties throughout the day with victories over Richard Veenstra and Michael Unterbuchner among others.

"I'm feeling great. I was playing all day good and at the end, I was playing not so good but I'm happy," said De Vos to PDC Europe.

The 39-year-old Belgian known as 'Foxy' won the aforementioned BDO major in 2015 and reached the Lakeside Quarter-Finals in 2017 but ranks this as his best achievement.

"It's my highest (achievement) in my career, that's what you play for so I'm happy."
