Evans tops list of 12 ton plus averages from Day One at final stage Q-School

With the Final Stage of Q-School, not only do Tour Card become available but the standard has increased with no less than 12 ton plus averages hit in Milton Keynes and Niedernhausen so far.

Lee Evans who performed superbly the day before to qualify continued in that vein hitting a 105 average for the top mark yesterday in defeating Alan Norris in the Last 64.

John O'Shea opened up with 104.73 against John Scott before defeat to Liam Meek in the Last 64 while over in European Q-School, it was Adam Gawlas (104.06) and Richard Veenstra (103.66) who hit the mark in reaching the latter stages.

While Raymond van Barneveld hit two of the 12 in 101.32 and 101.21 but the latter saw him lose out to Martin Schindler as he couldn't claim a Tour Card on the opening day with Geert de Vos, the victor.
