Dolan breezes past Gilding, Searle and Van den Bergh also through with ease at European Darts Open

The European Darts Open continues with continued success for the seeded players in Leverkusen including for Brendan Dolan who produced one of the best displays of the weekend so far.

It was a dominant display from Dolan who averaged almost 104 in seeing off Andrew Gilding 6-0. This featured four 180's and 42% on the doubles from 'The History Maker' who was helped as well by 0/9 from Gilding.

While it was another ton plus and a similarly simple task for Ryan Searle as he saw off Krzysztof Kciuk 6-2 averaging 102 in the process. While he only hit a sole 180, he produced 13 140's alongside 42.9% on his doubles in a superb display from 'Heavy Metal'.

He was joined by Dimitri van den Bergh who immediately broke Cameron Menzies with a 12-darter and consolidated from there romping to a 6-1 victory and will face Rob Cross or Martin Schindler tomorrow afternoon.
