Dolan dumps out Van Gerwen, Wright, Cross and Clayton also out as Last 32 concludes at Players Championship 2

The Last 16 is set at Players Championship 2 in Barnsley with multiple big names out at the board final stage in Michael van Gerwen, Peter Wright, Rob Cross and Jonny Clayton.

Van Gerwen faced off against Brendan Dolan and after taking the lead early on was poor against 'The History Maker' who took full advantage to surge through.

Wright lost in the tie of the round 6-3 against James Wade, while Richard Veenstra who make his debut as a full Tour Card holder this weekend saw off Rob Cross.

Of those remaining, they include Wade who faces Dirk van Duijvenbode, Luke Humphries faces Dimitri van den Bergh. While there is a welcome run for Simon Whitlock who faces Raymond van Barneveld.

Michael Smith is still involved and faces Gabriel Clemens, while yesterday's finalist Jamie Hughes takes on Danny Noppert.
