The draw has been completed for the 2025 International Darts Open which will take place this weekend in Riesa between April 4-6 as Martin Schindler aims to go back-to-back in a field led by Michael van Gerwen, Luke Humphries and Gerwyn Price.

Schindler defeated Gerwyn Price last year in the final to win his maiden European Tour before going on to win in Basel and will look to complete the feat again.

He will face Thomas Lovely. Niko Springer also faces Dirk van Duijvenbode, while Ricardo Pietreczko takes on Krzysztof Ratajski in terms of current home hopes. Daniel Klose also takes on Mike de Decker.

While Michael Smith faces Thibault Tricole, Joe Cullen and Robert Owen also face off. Luke Humphries will face either Van Duijvenbode or Springer to open up his campaign, Michael van Gerwen is also involved and takes on either Andrew Gilding or William O'Connor.

Gerwyn Price faces a potential showdown with De Decker in the second round. While Luke Littler and Gary Anderson have both withdrawn from the initial field prior to the weekend.

So they are the big misses in the race for the title in Germany as we return to the home of the European Tour.
