Draw of seventeenth tournament of PDC Development Tour 2023 confirmed

Friday afternoon marks the start of the seventeenth tournament of the year on the PDC Development Tour 2023 in Leicester. Young talents compete for the second of four titles over the weekend.

The PDC Development Tour is considered the breeding ground of the PDC. Talented players have the opportunity on this circuit to further develop. Players may enter as soon as they reach the age of sixteen. They may then compete up to and including the season in which they turn 24.

15,000 pounds of prize money is paid out per tournament, so the prize pool for the entire circuit of a total of 24 tournaments consists of 360,000 pounds.

From reaching the last 64, players can earn prize money, starting with 75 pounds. That amount then increases each round. The winner collects a handsome £2,500.
