Draw released for Day One of Final Stage at PDC UK Q-School: Sherrock-Lauby, Burnett-Waites in opening round

The draw has been made ahead of the opening day at PDC UK Q-School which is set to begin at 12:00 GMT with the first Tour Card on offer today for the winner.

This will go from January 12-15, with the rest of the Tour Cards handed out on an Order of Merit basis.

Joining proceedings are the players exempt to the Final Stage which include Scott Waites who is among the players to receive a tough draw in Round One.

Lakeside World Champions will collide as he will take on Richie Burnett. While Fallon Sherrock won't get it much tougher than the American ace, Danny Lauby.

Other standout ties include Chas Barstow facing Matthew Edgar, aiming to maintain his stellar record at Q-School. While Nathan Rafferty after being the unluckiest player on the PDC Tour in not gaining his Tour Card will start against Darren Webster.
