Draw revealed for Players Championship 1 including Luke Humphries, Peter Wright, Michael Smith, Gerwyn Price & Luke Littler

The 2024 Pro Tour gets underway this Monday and the draw has now been revealed for Players Championship 1.

A number of the biggest names in the sport will be in action, including the likes of Luke Humphries, Peter Wright, Michael Smith, Gerwyn Price, Luke Littler and Gary Anderson.

Michael van Gerwen is the biggest Tour Card holder missing from Wigan. The three-time world champion is currently in Disneyland Paris with his family. Belgian darter Ronny Huybrechts is also missing from Players Championship 1, having previously cited issues getting leave off work for the new midweek Pro Tour.

For Littler, it will be Pro Tour debut for the teen sensation and he will be facing former Lakeside finalist, Jim Williams. Reigning world champion and world number one, Luke Humphries starts off against Robert Owen.

For Peter Wright, Mark Kuivenhoven lies in wait whilst Gerwyn Price will open against Karel Sedlacek. Michael Smith has Darryl Pilgrim in his opening tie with Gary Anderson facing off against Geert Nentjes.

A total of £125,000 in prize money is distributed at each Players Championship tournament. The winner of the event will receive a cheque for £15,000.
