The second semi-final is set on Night One of
Premier League Darts action in Belfast with
Chris Dobey set to face
Nathan Aspinall after both producing sensational displays to dump out Peter Wright and Gerwyn Price.
Dobey is on his full Premier League Darts debut with his only previous appearance coming as a contender where points didn't count and was superb as the Masters champion sealed a 96 average in a 6-3 win winning four out of the last five legs.
To start the tie, Wright looked in form making it 2-2 with a 121 checkout but Dobey began to open a gap pouncing on a missed 160 from Wright to make it 4-2.
Rattling in a 121 checkout himself, he went one away from the finishing line. Wright rattled in a 122 checkout to make it 5-3 but this did not stop the brilliance of Hollywood who hit double two after Wright missed 101 to prolong the tie.
While barring late resolve from Price, Aspinall looked superb on his return to the Premier League defeating 'The Iceman' 6-4 to book a tie with Dobey in his first full season with crowds due to his previous efforts being with COVID still a factor.
After Price took out 116 to begin the tie, Aspinall took successive legs to break and go 2-1 up and pounced on a missed dart at the bull to make it 3-1.
Price closed the gap but only for Aspinall to hit 65 and lead 4-2. A superb 130 checkout saw him go one away but one missed match dart allowed Price back in and he began to heap the pressure on but he rose to it hitting double 16 with Price way back.
