Evans continues to impress with double win, Sherrock produces two ton-plus checkouts en route to victory over Warburton

The action has began on Night Two of Week Three of A Night At The Darts with David Evans in particular continuing on from the opening night of action after consecutive victories.

Evans began against Wessel Nijman and survived a late comeback from young Dutchman which saw him come from 4-1 down to force a decider.

From there Nijman missed a match dart and Evans capitalised to get over the line in a battle between probably the two standouts in the MODUS events since they began four weeks ago.

'Stretch' from there made it back-to-back wins easing past Kyle McKinstry in a 5-1 win with a 98 average and a high checkout of 137 to assert his authority in the group early on.

Also early on in the group, there was victory for Fallon Sherrock who recovered from an early defeat to Kyle McKinstry 5-0 to edge past Michael Warburton in a 5-3 win which included two ton plus checkouts including a 132.

Warburton is currently on two defeats so far after beginning his night with a 5-1 defeat to Wessel Nijman which gave the latter points on the board before he lost to Evans.

A Night At The Darts is a competition that runs in conjunction with the Icons of Darts League. Each playing week consists of six players. There are five players on each matchday with one player taking a rest.

Each evening like the day consists of four matches for each player with the player with the most wins claiming the group win.
