Evetts, Humphries and Nentjes among quarter-finalists at Development Tour in Wigan

Luke Humphries, Ted Evetts and Geert Nentjes are among the quarter-finalists during the 17th event on the PDC Development Tour in Wigan.

Humphries saw off Lewis Pride to book his place in the quarter-finals, while Nentjes edged out Wessel Nijman. They will meet each other in their next match. Evetts whitewashed John Brown and faces Alex Jacques. Justin van Tergouw, Rhys Griffin and Berry van Peer are also among the remaining competitors.

Wigan hosts the fifth of five weekends in this year’s PDC Development Tour, which will each feature four £10,000 tournaments for players aged 16-23. The likes of Luke Humphries, Bradley Brooks, Justin van Tergouw, Mike de Decker and Berry van Peer have entered these events.
