The World Matchplay is coming up starting this Saturday 17 July from the historic Winter Gardens in Blackpool which will return after its absence last year due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
As usual, Sky Sports will show the tournament in its entirety over a number of their channels starting on Saturday which starts at 7pm. Here is the TV Guide for the showpiece event.
Shown mostly on Sky Sports Arena, it will also be shown on Main Event during certain sessions with The Open golf and Cricket taking precedent on times it is not.
Coverage starts on Arena at 7pm on Saturday with Main Event showing it an hour later at 8pm.
The opening afternoon session will be shown solely on Arena with the evening session on Sunday also shown on the channel from 7:30pm.
Both Arena and Main Event will show the first night back with full capacity with limited fans allowed in during the opening weekend in Blackpool. While to begin the second round, both Tuesday and Wednesday night will be shown on Sky Sports Arena.
