Further boost for PDC Women's Series as prize money increased with £10,000 overall per tournament from 2023 onwards

In one of two announcements surrounding the PDC Women's Series, the prize money is set to increase to go alongside the expansion of the calendar next year to 24 events in all over the course of the season.

The prize money will go to £10,000 per event, with £240,000 overall on offer alongside the priorly confirmed incentive of the Women's World Matchplay winner getting a spot for the PDC World Darts Championship alongside the top two in the Order of Merit.

This has meant that Fallon Sherrock has benefited this time around and will join Beau Greaves and Lisa Ashton at Ally Pally.

As a result, the prize money will mirror that of the Challenge and Development Tour with £2,000 for the winner adding more incentive for new women's players to enter the tournaments and increase the standard further.
