Not gonna lie I’ve doubt Gabriel Clemens at also every stage of this event so far. Never again ! He just keeps showing class 👏 Germany you may have finally found your man
Gabriel Clemens was eliminated at the World Darts Championship on Monday. 'The German Giant' lost out to Michael Smith in the semi-finals after a strong tournament.
Nevertheless, the German can be proud of himself. He is the first German dart player to reach the semi-finals of the World Darts Championship. In doing so, Clemens wrote German darts history.
On social media, there was praise from football clubs Hannover 96 and Borussia Dortmund, among others. "A German in the semi-finals of the World Darts Championship, that has never happened before. And then also in a black-and-yellow jersey," can be read on Borussia Dortmund's account.
Great appreciation also came from fellow darter Matthew Edgar. "Not gonna lie I’ve doubt Gabriel Clemens at also every stage of this event so far. Never again. Germany you may have finally found your man."
