Some of the World's best and some of the most entertaining players in darts are involved on the second night of action at the Gibraltar Darts Trophy.
It all begins with one of the World's best in Ian White who will be aiming to continue his terrific form on the
European Tour this year against Michael Rosenauer - who didn't look great yesterday but he had to contend with facing an injured Antony Lopez so it will be interesting to see whether he can bring his A game against 'Diamond'.
A frenetic clash will see Jermaine Wattimena face off against Dimitri van den Bergh. Two of the best prospects in World darts and in the case of Van den Bergh in particular; a player who brings his best on the stage. If both are at their best, it will certainly be a must watch.
Mensur Suljovic, a recent winner again on the European Tour in his home country of Austria faces potentially the future of Dutch darts in Wessel Nijman - who has already shown some good form over the past year or so. Can youth triumph over experience or will the Gentle show his form in Gibraltar?
Michael van Gerwen begins his quest and his return to darts after a few weeks away in Greece as he faces a tough test in Jose de Sousa.
De Sousa has been in magnificent form as of late and has said he wants to challenge the best - what better than the best of the best. He will hope that MVG who will be rested will have some rust to his game so he can take advantage. A very intriguing tie either way.
Potentially the tie of the day follows that with two entertaining players facing off in Dyson Parody and Peter Wright. Parody will have his home crowd on his side and after his antics yesterday saying 'Peter Who' in his
interview afterwards, he will want to prove his point.
Wright will likely have heard the comments of 'Dynamite' and will want to send the confident player packing, but can Parody do what he couldn't finish against Van Gerwen three years ago?
Joe Cullen another recent winner on the European Tour follows that with a tough test of his own against the very capable Ritchie Edhouse.
Edhouse can always cause shocks and will hope to defeat an in-form 'Rockstar' who last time out couldn't use his own darts due to losing his luggage.
Then it is a tantalising prospect pitting Middlesborough against Newcastle in Glen Durrant and Chris Dobey in potentially a match that could steal the show at the Victoria Stadium.
Finally it is Gerwyn Price against David Francis - the latter got through a poor game against Robert Thornton and could be overwhelmed again by 'The Iceman' who will look to silence a partisan crowd which he is used to playing in front of due to his villain status.
