Hamilton withdraws from PDC Autumn Series Day Five due to injury, top seed Price receives first round bye

There will only be 127 players involved on the final day of the PDC Autumn Series with Andy Hamilton withdrawing due to injury.

Hamilton took to Twitter on Wednesday morning to reveal that he felt weak during Day Four where he lost to Michael van Gerwen in the opening round.

'The Hammer' has diabetes and stood up to get some dextrose tablets after this and fell and badly hurt his hand. As a result of the pain not subsiding, he has decided to head home early.

As a result, top seed Gerwyn Price will receive a bye through to the second round in Niedernhausen when the action begins at 11:00 BST.
