Luke Littler has had a great debut year amongst the PDC's elite. 'The Nuke' lost the World Darts Championship final against Luke Humphries early this year, but then managed to win ten tournaments. As such, the 17-year-old Englishman is returning to the Ally Pally one of the top favourites to lift the Sid Waddell Trophy.
For the brilliant Sky Sports documentary 'Game of Throws', camers went behind the scenes at the Littler family home in the weeks leading up to the World Championship, showing among other things, his already extensive trophy collection.
'The Nuke's father Anthony pulled out a box of trophies and medals from under the darting sensation's bed from all his triumphs in youth. There was countless silverware on display, as Anthony said, "If you want to have a quick look under his bed there's boxes of trophies. That's just the junior. Some achievement isn't it," the father said proudly.

"You've just got to put the hard work in and you'll get to where you want to be," added Littler with a maturity belying his youth and relative inexperience.
Littler is seeded fourth at this year's World Darts Championship and will take on the winner of the duel between Ryan Meikle and Fallon Sherrock in his opening match.
