On Friday, European Tour qualifying tournaments for the Baltic Sea Darts Open and the European Darts Open were played. Players who participated in the Q-School but did not win a Tour Card were allowed to participate.
In the qualifier for the Baltic Sea Darts Open, Dutchmen Martijn Dragt and Jeroen Mioch managed to grab the spots. The German qualifying tournament was won by Niko Springer and Lukas Wenig.
John Henderson and Andy Boulton were the winners in the Associate Member Qualifier for the European Darts Open. In the Host Nation Qualifier, Rene Eidams and Nico Kurz emerged winners.
