Krzysztof Ratajski managed to prevail against the methodical Alexis Toylo on Monday afternoon who averaged over 97 in defeat. he spoke afterwards about his own tactics for dealing with the Filipino.

"It wasn't an easy game. Never is easy when you play on this stage at the World Championship. Every game is difficult, especially on the short distance it's only three sets. It was really hard but I'm really happy that it was a good finish for me," said Ratajski.
"He throw normal but his preparation is long and takes many times so I walk around on the stage, it was my idea for waiting for my throw."
