Luke Littler remains on course for a third title this year on the 2024 European Tour. 'The Nuke' defeated home crowd favourite Bruno Stöckli 6-3 in the second round of the Swiss Darts Trophy and will now meet Luke Humphries this Sunday afternoon.

Things were even until 3-3, but after that, Littler spirted clear and won the last three legs in a row and thus secured himself the match. “My new darts only came out a few days ago so I tried them out for the first time on stage tonight,” opened the 17-year-old Englishman in his post-match interview. “The crowd were on Bruno’s side, but that 145 [finish] really changed the game for me, and hopefully I can play a little bit better tomorrow.”

As mentioned, in the next round, Littler will take on Humphries in a repeat of both the World Darts Championship and Premier League Darts final from earlier this year.

"As we've both said, we love playing each other!" Littler previews excitedly. "I'm sure it will be another great game tomorrow and hopefully I can play a bit better."
