Jamie Caven has joined the
PDPA Board of Directors after coming through an application process and being accepted at the recent PDPA AGM, it has been announced.
Caven, a seven time winner on the PDC circuit competed on the Challenge Tour in 2020 and will still play albeit with a new role alongside.
He will join Peter Manley (Chairman), Alan Warriner-Little (CEO), Jacques Nieuwlaat and Andy Scott on the board with his appointment to begin immediately.
“I’m delighted to join the PDPA Board,” said Caven.
“The PDPA has impressed me, particularly during what has been a difficult year, with the wide ranging support they provide for players.
“I’m still an active player and feel I can bring a fresh perspective to the table and help promote the many services available to the members.”
He will now join the board for an interim period of six months and for Warriner-Little, he is glad to have 'Jabba' on board.
